Governor Asa Hutchinson has proclaimed February as Career and Technical Education (CTE) Month in Arkansas. This month we will be profiling our CTE teachers and sharing all the wonderful experiences/educational opportunities they provide for our students here at Greenland High School.
First up is Ms. Taylor Pruitt. Ms. Pruitt is our Business Teacher and FBLA(Future Business Leaders of America) sponsor. Her classes include Survey of Business, Digital Marketing, Retail Business, Fashion Merchandising, and Personal Finance. Students who complete her classes can attain certifications in Microsoft Office.
Thank you Ms. Pruitt for all you do to help our students prepare for their future!!!!

Greenland Schools will be in session on 2/7 with limited bus routing. Please note buses will be limited to clear paved roads only.
Bus G will not run any of its regular route,but bus riders can be picked up at Micky’s at 7:05.
Bus I will be running hwy 71 only.
Bus A will be running regular but will only be picking up at the bottom of rocky creek hill.
Bus B will run regular.
Bus C will be regular except no hog valley or Tony Mtn. road.
Bus D will be running paved roads only.Bus D riders can be picked up at hwy 71.
Bus H will be running paved roads only and will be turning around at the end of the pavement.
Bus F will be running regular .
Bus E will be running regular.
Our special needs route will not be running. Thank you.

Greenland Schools will be utilizing an AMI day again, Thursday 2/3. Thank you for your understanding about weather forecasting and timing of storms but we will always focus on safety of our families first! Please access online classrooms and contact school personnel as needed.

I am excited to announce two free Virtual ACT prep opportunities.
One is through the Clinton Foundation on February 5th. Students can find more information and register at the following link.
